For me, this is the season of birthday parties and dinners with friends, and some recipes for a slightly different appetizer always come in handy. That’s why I thought of and experimented with this cocktail – I hope you like it!
Black tea and vodka cocktail
- 500 ml natural mineral water
- 1 tablespoon orange-flavored black tea
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 100 ml ginger ale
- 50 ml strawberry vodka
- half an orange
- ice
Prepare the tea by steeping the leaves in hot water for about ten minutes. Strain, sweeten and let cool.
Add the vodka and ginger ale to a pitcher. Add the tea and stir with a few ice cubes (it would be best to use a shaker).
Cut half an orange into thin slices and add to the cocktail. Keep refrigerated for a couple of hours then serve. You can decorate each glass with a slice of the remaining half orange. Cheers!
