Create Your Tea Bookmark
Have you ever looked at your tea bag paper and felt sorry to throw it away? There are some that are just beautiful, and colorful and then I got an idea: create bookmarks using the decoupage technique.
It’s easy (I can guarantee that I can do it too, who, as I always say, I have the dexterity of a hippo), it’s fun, and it can also be a nice little gift to give as a present.
Step 1
Cut a strip of white cardstock the size of a book. For paper, a rough A4 sheet will also do.
Step 2:
Cut the tea bag paper to your liking. You may already have an idea of how to set up your decoupage or do everything on the spot. Word of caution: let your imagination run wild!
Step 3:
Glue the cutouts together.
Step 4:
Adjust with scissors any pieces of paper that overhang.
Step 5:
Cover with clear tape.
Et voila. Your bookmark is ready.
